SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Employees of Tarzan Shoes, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements:
To enter the competition, participants must:
- Share a photo of their Tarzan Shoes on their social media profile or in the competition comment section
- Tag Tarzan Shoes in their post.
- Follow Tarzan Shoes on Facebook and Instagram.
- Use the hashtag #TarzanShoes in their post.
Judging Criteria:
The winner will be selected based on the creativity and quality of their photo, as determined by Tarzan Shoes. This competition is not a random draw; the selection will be made at the sole discretion of Tarzan Shoes.
Prize:
The prize is one pair of Tarzan Shoes of the winner’s choice. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Competition Period:
The competition starts on 1 February 2025 and ends on 31 March 2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
Winner Announcement:
The winner will be announced on our social media pages. The winner will also be contacted directly via the social media platform used to enter the competition.
Claiming the Prize:
The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, Tarzan Shoes reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Publicity:
By entering the competition, participants grant Tarzan Shoes the right to use their photo and name for promotional purposes on our social media channels and website.
Data Protection:
Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for this competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.
General:
Tarzan Shoes reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. Tarzan Shoes’ decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.
Governing Law:
This competition is governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
